Testing is coordinated through Fullscript and paid for through the Fullscript Portal. Any applicable costs are reviewed prior to ordering.

EverPhase Health does not mark up laboratory testing. Lab review and follow-up are included in your initial consultation fee as well as through our EverPhase Membership. Our focus is on appropriate test selection, clinical interpretation, and integration into your care plan.
