EverPhase Health provides healthcare services through scheduled telehealth consultations and asynchronous clinical communication. We do not provide emergency medical services.

Not for Emergencies

The services provided by EverPhase Health are not appropriate for medical emergencies or urgent conditions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe you may be in danger, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

Examples of emergencies include, but are not limited to:

    •    Chest pain or pressure

    •    Difficulty breathing

    •    Sudden weakness, numbness, or paralysis

    •    Signs of stroke

    •    Severe bleeding

    •    Loss of consciousness

    •    Severe allergic reactions

    •    Suicidal thoughts or behaviors

Portal & Messaging Limitations

    •    Secure portal messages are not monitored continuously

    •    Responses are provided during normal business hours

    •    Messaging should not be used for urgent or time-sensitive medical concerns

Do not rely on EverPhase Health for emergency assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Telehealth Limitations

Telehealth services have inherent limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions. Some symptoms or medical concerns require in-person evaluation, imaging, or emergency intervention.

EverPhase Health providers may direct you to seek in-person or emergency care when clinically appropriate.
